Engagement Scope

Serviam delivers software development, logistics consulting, and related services according to the statement of work agreed with each client. Any changes to scope, budget, or timeline must be approved in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to systems, data, and personnel required for the engagement.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information shared for analysis or implementation.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws governing logistics, privacy, and trade.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the engagement and to use it only for the purposes outlined in the governing agreements.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables created by Serviam remain our property until invoices are paid in full. Upon payment, ownership transfers as specified in the statement of work. Tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed independently by Serviam remain our IP.

Liability

Serviam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the fees paid in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
